Please note that our Test Kits are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked postage.  As Christmas approaches, and due to Pandemic conditions, there may be delays in postage please order early The 24 hour complimentary tracked return postage may not deliver your test kit in 24 hours  to our Northampton or London Lab on some occasions, especially during Christmas. It is better to use a courier or drop the sample yourself. You may use the complimentary postage at your own risk  AlphaMedicol is not liable for Royal Mail delays and will not provide refunds due to postage delays when returning your test kit to the lab. This service is not suitable for same-day or 24 hour PCR tests. For a 48-hour service you will need to drop the sample at the Lab yourself or use a courier service. . You are purchasing a COVID-19 testing service from us which is provided on a best efforts basis and starts when we issue a passenger locator number for international arrivals, or for international departures, once we send you a COVID-19 Test kit. We are unable to provide a refund once the sealed Test kit has been opened or used. Once we have commenced the service any cancellation will attract a £10:00 administrative fee. Day 2 and Day 8 tests are non-refundable.
