Dr Afolake Oyinloye (MBBS, MRCOphth, FRCS)

Dr Oyinloye is skilled in the art of analysing the effect of impairment on a person’s ability to function in their profession and in their typical day. Dr Oyinloye, a medicolegal expert, has undergone the acclaimed Bond Solon-Medco training and works with Solicitors and leading Tier-1 Medico-Legal Reporting Organisations.

Dr Oyinloye obtained an MBBS in 1989 and became a member of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 1996. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (FRCS) in 1998, before changing over to Disability Medicine in 2002. Since then, Dr Oyinloye has produced over 14,000 functional assessment reports in the course of her career as a Medical Adviser for Maximus UK Ltd. and its predecessors on the Department for Works and Pensions (DWP) contract for assessing benefit claimants.

Dr Oyinloye has adequate clinic capacity to deliver over 100 medico-legal reports per month using modern state of the art medico-legal report writing software. and plans are underway to increase OIC claimant and direct solicitor instructions to take advantage of our extra clinic capacity.
